Your only problem is deciding which one to book
Sunshine Villas make everything about your Florida vacation easy. Whichever of our two properties you choose, you can count on comfort, quality, cleanliness and convenience.
A special place for families
We know you’ll love your stay here and feel pampered and truly at home – because that’s how we feel when we take a holiday with our families.
Though we say it ourselves, Sunshine Villas are a cut above the rest. Both properties occupy large corner splay plots. We made a point of choosing these positions because they give added privacy around the pool and garden.
- Air-conditioned throughout
- Free wifi
Privately owned, professionally managed
We take great pride in our villas and maintain them to the highest standards inside and out. We recently had the interiors completely redecorated. We also upgraded or replaced many utensils, appliances and furnishings – from bedlinen to rugs.
Week-to-week, the properties are under the watchful eye of a professional management company. Their staff will be on hand to help you with any on-the-spot queries or anything else that comes up during your stay.
Bear Path or Lonesome Dove, take your pick
Both properties have the same floorplan – though one is the mirror image of the other. The interior spec is identical, though each has its own colour scheme.
The living area has a wonderfully spacious feel, thanks to its cathedral ceiling and views onto the pool.

There’s also table seating for four people, with views and access to the pool and terrace.

The master bedroom is situated at the rear of the property and has views and access to the pool.

Family bathroom
The family bathroom in the hallway has a bath with shower fitting, hand washbasin and toilet.
Garden
As both villas occupy corner plots, they have much larger rear gardens than most neighbouring properties. The back gardens are fully fenced and laid to lawn.
Double garage
The garage has a fob-operated, electric up-and-over door and alarmed access into the villa – saves you a soaking if you get caught in a tropical downpour!
Pool
The pool, which is screened for added privacy and protection against insects and airborne debris, is around 4.6m x 9.1m. There’s also underwater lighting should you fancy a late-night dip!
There’s a good-sized sitting area with sun loungers, chairs and a patio table. Access to the pool area is generally through the kitchen and is protected by a child alarm (which is mandatory in Florida). This gives added peace of mind if you have small children in your party.
As we like to keep the pool in tip-top condition, it’s serviced weekly.

Telephone
In these days of mobile phones and the internet, a landline isn’t so important. But if you need one, you’ll find it in the kitchen. You can use it to make local direct-dial outgoing calls free of charge. You may also make collect calls (reverse-charge) and receive incoming international calls.
Cot and highchair
A cot and highchair are also available at no extra charge – if you would like to use these, please let us know when you book.
Security alarm
The property is fitted with a simple-to-operate alarm system. You’ll receive full instructions after you arrive. For extra security there’s a front-door peephole and window locks.
Parking
To comply with local bylaws, please make sure you park within the driveway or in the garage, not on the public road.
Pool heating
If you’re here between October and April and the temperature’s on the chilly side, you might want to consider firing up the gas-fired pool heating. There’s an extra charge for this – and you’ll need to let us know if you want it at the time of booking. The charge is £14 per day. Note that in winter if it’s particularly cold outside, it may take a day or two get up to temperature. The pool heating runs from 10am to 6pm and will heat the pool to between 82 and 85 degrees. It’s turned on the day of arrival and switched off at the end of your stay.
